Higher Education? Well, Not Much!
barely attended 6 months in 4th year high school. However, I did graduate
I suspected the reason was simply because my teacher doesn't want to see my face
again the next schoolyear. An oxymoronic paradox: I was the topnotcher for high
school entrance exam. But then, I became a consistent 'repeater' of subjects. (A ra-
ting of 74% in Phil. school system already constitutes a failing grade: But I actually
did receive a grade of 50% in high school. I should have been prouder if I  received  a
grade of 0%,  because I did not learn anything substantial... from that school anyway)

the one who was very far behind me in the entrance score, became the valedictorian.
What twisted twist of fate!. In retrospect, no pangs of regret at all. I'm not indebted
to anyone but me, no thanks, for the knowledge imparted on by teachers. As Frank
Sinatra belts out his song: I did it MY WAY. Had a stint for about a year and half
in marine engineering. I stopped dead on the tracks. Did not bother to get my grades.
I assume it was all flunked. We (with my classmates friends) even brought our EE 101
professor for a drinking spree at some Beer House there at Quezon Blvd, near Quiapo
Church. I am not vilifying the professor here. He was simply a kindhearted empathi-
zing person. He understood well the financial hardships and time lost for students in
getting an education, and just repeat it. If he had asked us money;then, it would be a
different matter. Well, if he really passed us in his subject;  I  did not deserve it, because
none was learned. It was on 1973/74. That   was   the   last   time   I   ever   set   my
feet or shadow on any school Maybe, my  brain  is  simply  not  *wired*  being told
'what to learn' I do read music...no one has had taught me a__ single note of music.
Never had a piano professor watching over my shoulders giving me lessons. I'm more
comfortable learning without intermediaries.

That is, direct from the textbook.

When I first laid down my hands on a piano keyboard, I was already in my thirty's.
Better late than never! that debunks the conventional wisdom that *old dogs* can't
learn new tricks. Nonesense! It simply depends if that dog is:  stupid     or    smart

a disciple and fan of "Bill Gates" and to some extent, Larry Ellison, Erap and FPJ
( larry, is also an auto-didact ) have even(okay, just *emulate* because I'm not his
son) followed, Bill's, 'footsteps' though *definitely* not the financial  pinnacle of-
success leg of journey, only in the "auto-didact" context, have I treaded sure-footed.
I have only a few 'pennies' in my pocket. No billions!

Trust Me, I repeat. No billions.

My wishes that cannot be fulfilled:

   All these books that I have now, I had it when I   was   5   years   old.

   build an Android...that is not:  faithless, perfidious and forever loyal

   I had never crossed paths (and her cohorts) with ,Carmen, at all.

   wish to heavens our life's trajectories had never intersect, at any time

Reading all the computer books that I have doesn't give me any mental strain at
any rate. But the mental abuse (and money givin for nothing too)I sustained from
this bitch will haunt, taunt, and torture me for the rest of my life. And the cruelest
part is: Even now, I still... This somewhat explains everything:     click here    ???

Oh! Where was I when GOD rained down on talents: I wannabe a graphic artist!!

A computer *does not* know how to 'substract' at the processor circuits level.

And everytime your computer succumb to an BSOD (blue screen of death)

blame the hackers, the Malware purveyors, Bill Gates and Intel too Oops,

Intel is innocent. It's the programmers who dont understand Intel manuals

Pundits say:

a big disadvantage now for, Bill Gates, under new breed
of hackers. Or, wannabe hackers, I suppose, on the NET
But I think, he is still very very sharp  vis-à-vis   the other
99.99% of world's population...even when in his 50's now

Wannabees is a derogatory term for hackers or computer
experts who is a product of any school.  A   true   hacker
just relies on himself and the resources available to him

Well, you can be: Why not? but only as a poor second fiddle
to the ones who did it the hard way_figuring it out all alone

One clever persona that perfectly fits the mold, is the one
that is quoted below:     the   richest   person on the planet
and a true hacker. How much is he worth now, 50, 75bil?
